project: perfect wardrobe - part 1

As it’s already two weeks into the new year I had a look at the resolutions I made – one of them creating a better wardrobe with interesting pieces of clothing that are ‘me’, everyday basics and items that will last forever. I officially hate winter and the cold weather it brings so what would be a better way to start my little project than dreaming of a perfect collection of coats and jackets that will keep me warm during my least favourite time of the year...

1. A simple, black wool coat. I already have this one - Forever21

2. Green parka – Miss Selfridge

3. Boyfriend blazer – H&M

4. Fake fur coat - ASOS

5. Cropped leather/biker jacket - Topshop

6. A classic trench coat - ASOS

7. Denim jacket - Topshop

8. Something simply pretty: swing coat – River Island

9. A little crazy, colourful piece for those days when I need to cheer myself up J - Miss Selfridge

I honestly can’t wait to be reunited with the rest of my clothes in Manchester... it’s been waaayyy too long struggling with my barely-there-wardrobe, and I have to admit that I really really really miss the British high street!! America just doesn’t have that for me anyway L
