wish i could turn back time

Just a quick one - I'm home for lunch and I've got a bit of time before going back to work to do my actual shift! The morning training was an interesting one, we talked about customer service, all the different expectations customers might have and how to do that little extra to ensure they return even if something went wrong during their stay at the resort.

And linking that to holidays and exploring new places, I wanted to share a picture of one of the most beautiful cities I've ever visited... Venice, Italy. I had a summer job on a campsite by the sea about 30 minutes boat ride from Venice and spent countless days off just walking around in the amazing city :) good memories of one of the best summers of my life, and boy I wish I was as tanned as I was at the end of that summer in Italy!!

Have been so busy with everything the past couple of days uh oh.. so not posting as much as I'd like to! I've still got a cold and just feel so drained all the time and have no energy for anything except for work. And the deadline for my uni project is approaching waaayy too soon so I'm kind of buried under the workload too :( Speaking of it, I should really get back to typing the report...

Two kangaroos sunbathing at Miami Zoo (31 January 2011) .. this photo still makes me laugh so much! I just looove photos of animals pulling funny faces or doing random things.

day 7. a photo of someone you love - I'm skipping this one, sorry this blog is just about me and I don't want to publish photos of any of my friends, family etc withour them knowing.

day 8. a photo of your favourite band/musician - there are too many, and when it comes to music I'll listen to almost anything depending on the mood I'm in. Years ago (I mean when I was at school... about 8 years old) the best thing in the world was The Spice Girls soo hence the photo :) Who doesn't remember the collectable photos, the lollipops and god knows what else there was I spent my pocket money on?

day 10. a photo of you as a baby - haven't got any baby pictures with me, they all are at my parent's house in Finland.. and some precious ones packed away in Manchester!

Could go on forever with these photos today... back to real life though, I've got a very very busy evening shift ahead of me plus a friend's birthday drinks after that. Should be a fun night!
